New Demo Project Based on JBoss

Duke's Bank is a new demonstration ControlTier project that uses the elements library to automate the build and deployment of a 2-tier java-based sample application (JBoss and HSQLDB) called Duke's Bank. The build portion is automated using Cruise Control and Ant.
