We're the industry experts at using the open source ControlTier platform and have deep expertise in automating a wide variety of applications, tools, and platforms . Let us develop your automation system for you, and we'll deliver an expertly designed, efficient, scalable, easy to use solution in much less time and at a cheaper cost than it would take you to develop it internally.

Solutions implemented by ControlTier Implementation Services are built from commodity open source parts, but are custom designed for each customer's environment and business needs. Our end-to-end solutions generally fall into two parts:

Development to Stage	Stage to Production

• Development to stage automation: ControlTier can automate the build and deployment processes of multi-tier integrated applications in development and test environments. If you have, or want, a continuous integration (CI) process, ControlTier can extend the CI build process to automatically include deployment and testing of the multi-tier integrated applications. Depending on the requirements, an external build tool can call ControlTier to deploy, setup and start the application after the build or ControlTier can be used to define and execute the entire build and deployment process.

• Stage to production automation: Given built software releases, ControlTier can automate the deployment, setup and startup of those releases in various operational environments. A configuration pattern describing the integrated application and its component software releases is maintained by the system and can be applied to each environment. Rollback and environment validation also feature prominently in these implementations.

The ControlTier Implementation Services teams can be engaged in a variety of ways:

•Solution design and blueprinting by ControlTier, with implementation performed by the customer (training and support services are also available)

•Solution design and blueprinting by ControlTier, with implementation responsibilities shared by ControlTier and customer*

•ControlTier handling all solution design, blueprinting, and implementation responsibilities*

*Each iterative phase of the implementation project will generally be a tightly scoped 6-8 week project that is billed on a time and travel expenses (if necessary) basis.
